Class D Notes definition

Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class D Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class D Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class D Notes means the Class D Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit D.

Examples of Class D Notes in a sentence

• To the extent that interest payments on the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes are not made on a relevant Payment Date, such unpaid interest amounts will be deferred and the amount thereof added to the principal amount Outstanding of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes, as the case may be, and earn interest at the interest rate applicable to such Notes.

• To the extent that interest payments on the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes are not made on a relevant Payment Date, such unpaid interest amounts will be deferred and the amount thereof added to the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes, as the case may be, and earn interest at the interest rate applicable to such Notes.

• This could result in an elimination, deferral or reduction in the payments of Interest Proceeds and Principal Proceeds to the holders of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes, the Class F Notes and/or the Subordinated Notes, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Class D Notes

Class D Notes means the 1.55% Class D Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $21,820,000.

Class D Notes. The 3.16% Asset Backed Notes, Class D in the initial aggregate principal balance of $53,600,000 issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Class D Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4.

Class D Notes means the $19,608,000 Series 2018-2 Class D 3.61% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

Class D Notes means the Class D 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Indenture.

Class D Notes means the Class D 1.13% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Indenture.

Class D Notes means the Class D Notes issued pursuant to the Indenture.
