Class D Preferred Stock definition

Class D Preferred Stock means the Company's Class D Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share.
Class D Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Class D Preferred Stock, no par value per share, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
Class D Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Class D Convertible Preferred Stock, $1.00 par value per share.
