Any such Class Designation shall be attached as an annex to this Agreement.
Subject to applicable law and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or any Class Designation or as agreed by the Company, the applicable Series and such Member, no Member shall be required to make any Capital Contribution in addition to the purchase price paid for such Member’s Shares.
