Class E Shares definition

Class E Shares means the Class E Shares issued to the Class E Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.

Class E Shares. Ivy Bond Fund, Ivy Global Bond Fund, Ivy High Income Fund and Ivy Limited-Term Bond Fund

Class E Shares means Class E US$ Accumulating, Class E US$ Distributing, Class E Euro Accumulating, Class E Euro Distributing, Class E Stg£ Accumulating and Class E Stg£ Distributing Classes of Shares;

• Schedule A to the Agreement, setting forth the Portfolios of the Trust for which MID is authorized to distribute Class E Shares, is hereby replaced in its entirety by Schedule A attached hereto.

• The Class E Shares may be issued from time to time in one or more series.

• All Class E Shares shall be of equal rank and shall be identical, except in respect of the matters that may be fixed by the Board of Directors as hereinafter provided, and each share of a series shall be identical with all other shares of such series, except as to the dates from which dividends shall accrue and be cumulative.

• Class E Shares of a Fund shall have such conversion features as are determined by or ratified by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and described in the then-current prospectus for such Shares of such Fund.

Class E Shares means the Class E voting common shares in the share capital of the Corporation.

Class E Shares means the voting Class E Special Shares in the capital of the Company.

Class E Shares the "Class F Shares", the "Class G Shares", the "Class H Shares", the "Class I Shares", the "Class J Shares", the "Class K Shares", the "Class L Shares", the "Class M Shares, and the Class N Shares", respectively. The Portfolio contains four classes of Shares: the Class F Shares, the Class H Shares, the Class J Shares, and the Class M Shares.

Class E Shares means those Shares having the rights and restrictions set forth in these Rules and which may be held by Class A Members and entities that are wholly- owned by Central only;
