Class G Certificates. “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

Class G Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class G Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class G Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class G Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class G Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class G Trust Agreement.

Examples of Class G Certificates in a sentence

  • The Class D, Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates will be issuable only in denominations corresponding to initial Certificate Principal Balances as of the Closing Date of $100,000 and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
