Class IO Certificate definition

Class IO Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class IO Certificate, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2.

Class IO Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a "Class IO" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of each of the Components, each of which Components shall constitute a separate "regular interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class IO Certificate. Any one of the Class IO-1 Certificates or Class IO-2 Certificates.

• This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Class IO Certificate in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class IO Certificates in the Trust Fund created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Wachovia Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc.
