Class M-1 Note definition

Class M-1 Note. Any one of the Class M-1 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-7 to the Indenture.

Class M-1 Note. Any Note executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 and designated as a Class M-1 Note.

Class M-1 Note means any Closed-End Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2006-1, Class M-1, issued and executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Administrator substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Class M-1 Note in a sentence

• The unpaid principal amount of this Class M-1 Note may be reduced by the allocation to it (in accordance with Section 5.20 of the Indenture) of Class M-1 Realized Loss Amounts without any corresponding payment.

• In the case of information furnished pursuant to clauses (ii) and (iii) of Section 3.18, the amounts shall be expressed, in a separate section of the report, as a dollar amount per Class A-1 Note, Class A-2 Note, Class M-1 Note or Class M-2 Note, as applicable, for each Note for each $1,000 original dollar amount as of the Cut-Off Date.

• The Class I-A-1, Class I-A-2, Class II-A-1, Class II-A-2, Class M-1 and Class M-2 Notes shall have initial principal amounts of the Initial Class I-A-1 Note Balance, Initial Class I-A-2 Note Balance, Initial Class II-A-1 Note Balance, Initial Class II-A-2 Note Balance, Initial Class M-1 Note Balance and Initial Class M-2 Note Balance, respectively.

• In the case of information furnished pursuant to clauses (ii) and (iii) of Section 3.16, the amounts shall be expressed, in a separate section of the report, as a dollar amount per Class [A-1] Note, Class [A-2] Note, Class [M-1] Note or Class [M-2] Note, as applicable, for each Note for each $1,000 original dollar amount as of the Cut-Off Date.

• In the case of information furnished pursuant to clauses (ii) and (iii) of Section 3.16, the amounts shall be expressed, in a separate section of the report, as a dollar amount per Class A-1 Note, Class A-2 Note, Class M-1 Note or Class M-2 Note, as applicable, for each Note for each $1,000 original dollar amount as of the Cut-Off Date.

More Definitions of Class M-1 Note

Class M-1 Note. Any Note designated as a Class M-1 Note on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Class M-1 Note. Any one of the Class M-1 Notes authorized by the Indenture, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-2 to the Indenture.

Class M-1 Note. Any Class M-1 Note in the form attached to the Indenture as Exhibit A.

Class M-1 Note. A Note denominated as a Class M-1 Note.

Class M-1 Note. Any Note designated as a "Class M-1 Note" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, representing the right to payments as set forth herein.

Class M-1 Note. Any floating rate Note designated as a Class M-1 Note on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Indenture.

Class M-1 Note. Any one of the Class M-1 Notes executed by the Issuing Entity and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-2 to the Indenture.
