Class M-1 Note definition

Class M-1 Note. Any Note executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 and designated as a Class M-1 Note.
Class M-1 Note. Any one of the Class M-1 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-7 to the Indenture.
Class M-1 Note means any Closed-End Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2006-2, Class M-1, issued and executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Administrator substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

More Definitions of Class M-1 Note

Class M-1 Note. Any Note designated as a Class M-1 Note on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
