CLASS M PERCENTAGE. As of any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Class M Principal Balance by the Mortgage Pool Principal Balance, but not more than 100%; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class B Percentage equals 0%, the Class M Percentage shall equal 100% minus the Class A Percentage.
CLASS M PERCENTAGE. CLASS M PERCENTAGE. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage derived from the fraction (which shall not be greater than 1), the numerator of which is the Class M Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance and the Class B-2 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, each immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
