Class Notional Amount definition

Class Notional Amount. Not applicable.
Class Notional Amount. With respect to each Class of Notional Certificates, the applicable class notional amount calculated as provided in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class Notional Amount. The aggregate hypothetical or notional amount on which any Class of Interest Only Certificates accrues or is deemed to accrue interest from time to time, as calculated in accordance with Section 2.15(e).

  • Each Class of Reference Tranche will have the initial Class Notional Amount set forth in the definition of “Reference Tranches” in Article I (Definitions) in this Agreement, and the aggregate of the initial Class Notional Amounts of all the Reference Tranches will equal the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Improved mesh quality typically requires increased number of smaller elements, with adjacent elements having similar sizes, aspect ratio of elements should be close to 1, mesh should have low non-orthogonality and low skewness.

More Definitions of Class Notional Amount

Class Notional Amount. With respect to each Class of Reference Tranche as of any Payment Date, a notional amount equal to the initial Class Notional Amount of such Class of Reference Tranche, minus the aggregate amount of Senior Reduction Amounts and/or Subordinate Reduction Amounts allocated to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date and all prior Payment Dates, minus the aggregate amount of Tranche Write-down Amounts allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date and on all prior Payment Dates, and plus the aggregate amount of Tranche Write- up Amounts allocated to increase the Class Notional Amount of such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date and on all prior Payment Dates. For the avoidance of doubt, no Tranche Write-up Amount or Tranche Write-down Amount will be applied twice on the same Payment Date.
Class Notional Amount. With respect to any of the Class X Certificates and the Class X-M Regular Interests, the related notional amount for such Class, as specified herein (e.g., the "Class Notional Amount" for the Class I-X Certificates and the Class I-X-M Regular Interest is the Class I-X Notional Amount).
