Class of Borrowings definition

Class of Borrowings means a grouping or categorization of Borrowings by the particular type of Collateral that they were made to finance, i.
Class of Borrowings means a grouping or categorization of Borrowings by the particular Category of Collateral that they were made to finance, i.e. either (i) Single-family Warehousing Advances to finance Eligible Single-family Collateral or (ii) Commercial Warehousing Advances to finance Eligible Commercial Collateral.

Examples of Class of Borrowings in a sentence

  • Any reference to an “applicable Lender” shall mean, in the case of any Class of Borrowings, Lenders with that particular Class of Loans or Commitments or, in the case of Swingline Loans and Letters of Credit, Revolving Lenders with respect to the Facility pursuant to which Swingline Loans were made or Letters of Credit Issued.

  • Each optional prepayment of Borrowings made pursuant to Section 2.11(a) shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $5,000,000 (or the entire outstanding principal amount of any Class of Borrowings, if such amount is less than $5,000,000).

  • Any required prepayment shall be made together with accrued interest on the amount prepaid, and (within the Class of Borrowings determined pursuant to the other provisions of this Section) shall be applied first to Base Rate Borrowings and then to such outstanding Euro-Dollar Borrowings as the Borrower may elect in such notice, or failing such election as the Administrative Agent may determine in its discretion.

  • To the extent that the terms of this clause (c) do not require any payment to be allocated to any specific Class of Borrowings, the Administrative Agent shall apply such prepayment to each Class of Borrowings on a pro rata basis.

  • Pending Revolving Loans means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans requested in any Notice of Borrowing received by the Agent which have not yet been advanced.

  • Refinancing Revolving Loans means one or more Classes of Revolving Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.

  • New Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.25.

  • Existing Revolving Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Refinancing Loans means any Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Revolving Loans.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).

  • U.S. Revolving Loans means the revolving loans made to the U.S. Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i), or any amendment to this Agreement entered into pursuant to Section 2.5, 2.6 or 2.7, each Agent Advance made to a U.S. Borrower and each U.S. Swingline Loan.

  • RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Eurodollar Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Notices of Borrowing means, collectively, the Notices of Revolving Borrowing and the Notices of Swingline Borrowing.

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Incremental Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.
