Class of Resource definition

Class of Resource means the specific Renewable Energy Source associated with the Project as specified in Table 1 of the REC Contract.” The following is added as Section 1.15.2:

Examples of Class of Resource in a sentence

  • The Product is Unit Non-Specific; provided that all Deliveries will be of the Class of Resources listed in the table above, and the Attestation shall include a representation that the delivery of each such Product is of such Class of Resource.

  • The Project is from the Class of Resource indicated in the Product Order and meets the requirements specified in the IPA Act or rules promulgated by the ICC for the designated Class of Resource.

  • Each such Designated System meets the definition of the Class of Resource indicated in the applicable Product Order and meets the requirements specified in the IPA Act or rules promulgated by the ICC for the designated Class of Resource.

  • If Seller desires to have the Designated System change its Class of Resource, Seller shall also have the option to request, by written notice to Buyer, for such Designated System to be removed from this REC Contract and to be submitted under a new ABP application.

  • The Project is from the Class of Resource indicated in Table 1 and meets the requirements specified in the IPA Act or rules promulgated by the Illinois Commerce Commission for the designated Class of Resource.


More Definitions of Class of Resource

Class of Resource means one of the following: (a) wind energy resources from Illinois or states adjacent to Illinois (“ASW”): Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky and Missouri (the “Adjacent States”); (b) non-wind energy resources from Illinois or the Adjacent States (“ASN”); (c) wind energy resources from states other than Illinois and the Adjacent States (“OSW”); or (d) non-wind energy resources from states other than Illinois and the Adjacent States (“OSN”).
