Class of Trade definition

Class of Trade means only clinics treating patients with Product, hospitals treating patients with Product, and Company-approved specialty pharmacies Company may revise “Class of Trade”, in its sole discretion, upon providing Distributor with 10 days written notice.
Class of Trade means clinicians, dentists, surgeons and other licensed health care practitioners that perform dental (including specialty dental), oral-maxillofacial, cranio-maxillofacial or oral surgery procedures.
Class of Trade. Class of Trade" means sub-distributors (boats, barges and marine vessels only), shipyards, boatyards and marine dealers. This does not include retail, internet, non-marine vessel vertical markets and catalog categories. There may be instances from time to time where a potential customer, especially a national account, could be a house account or a Rep account. This situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis and the final decision will be made by the Company President or Division President

  • Cede & Co. means Cede & Co., the nominee of DTC, and any successor nominee of DTC with respect to the Bonds.
