Class Payment definition

Class Payment means the amount to be paid to a Claimant who is eligible to receive a share of the Net Settlement Amount under this Settlement Agreement.
Class Payment means the share of the Net Settlement Fund provided to each Settlement Class Member pursuant to the Plan of Allocation described herein.
Class Payment means either a Cash Award or a Credit Award offered to purchasers of a FieldTurf Duraspine field.

More Definitions of Class Payment

Class Payment means a total of (i) $30,000,000 in Combined Company Common Stock, the number of shares of which is to be calculated using the pro forma net asset value reported in the proxy supplement disclosing the Amended MCC Merger Agreement (the “Stock Component”) and (ii) $17,000,000 in cash (the “Cash Component”).
Class Payment means the cash sum of $27.5 million ($27,500,000) that the HII Defendants will pay into the Settlement Fund to settle the Action in accordance with the terms of this Settlement Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be responsible for any portion of the Consideration or Class Payment. Other than the Consideration or Class Payment, Defendants shall owe no additional monies of any kind under this Settlement Agreement.
Class Payment means payment to a Class Member based on the $100 Tow Release Fee at issue in the Action.
