Class PO Deferred Amount definition

Class PO Deferred Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

Class PO Deferred Amount. As to any Distribution Date and each Class PO Component, the sum of the amounts by which the Component Balance of such Class PO Component will be reduced on such Distribution Date or has been reduced on prior Distribution Dates as a result of Section 5.03(b) less the sum of (a) the Class PO Recoveries with respect to the Related Loan Group for prior Distribution Dates and (b) the amounts distributed to such Class PO Component pursuant to Section 5.02(a)(iii) on prior Distribution Dates.

Class PO Deferred Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss on a Discount Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group to be allocated to the related PO Class on such Distribution Date on or prior to the related Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to that PO Class and not yet paid to the Holders of the related PO Class.

Examples of Class PO Deferred Amount in a sentence

• For purposes of the preceding sentence, any Class PO Deferred Amount distributed to a Class PO Certificate on previous Distribution Dates shall be deemed to have been allocated in respect of the Mortgage Loans as to which the applicable PO Percentage of the principal portion of Realized Losses has previously been allocated to such Class on a pro rata basis (based on the amount of Realized Losses so allocated).

• The aggregate amount of Realized Losses to be allocated to the Principal Only Certificates on such Distribution Date will be taken into account in determining distributions in respect of any Class PO Deferred Amount for such Distribution Date.

• For purposes of the preceding sentence, any Class PO Deferred Amount distributable to a Principal Only Certificate on previous Distribution Dates shall be deemed to have been allocated in respect of the Mortgage Loans as to which the applicable PO Percentage of the principal portion of Realized Losses has previously been allocated to such Class on a pro rata basis (based on the amount of Realized Losses so allocated).

• The Class PO Cash Shortfall with respect to any Distribution Date will be added to the Class PO Deferred Amount.

• The aggregate amount of Realized Losses to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date will be taken into account in determining distributions in respect of any Class PO Deferred Amount for such Distribution Date.

Class PO Deferred Amount. With respect to the Class PO Certificates and any Distribution Date through the Cross-over Date, the sum of (1) the PO Percentage of the principal portion of Non-Excess Losses on a Discount Mortgage Loan allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such date, and (2) all amounts previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates in respect of such losses and not distributed to the Class PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates.

Class PO Deferred Amount. As to any Distribution Date and the Class 30-PO Certificates, the sum of the amounts by which the Certificate Balance of such Class will be reduced on such Distribution Date or has been reduced on prior Distribution Dates as a result of Section 5.03(b) less the sum of (a) the Class PO Recoveries for prior Distribution Dates and (b) the amounts distributed to such Class pursuant to Section 5.02(a)(iii) on prior Distribution Dates.
