Class Proceeding means this putative class action;

Class Proceeding means a proceeding certified as a class proceeding under Part 2;

Class Proceeding means a proceeding certified as a class proceeding on a motion made under section 2 or 3 of the Class Proceedings Act, 1992; (“recours collectif”)

More Definitions of Class Proceeding

Class Proceeding means any claim or claims brought by or on behalf of a class, brought in a representative capacity or otherwise on a class basis, or brought in the form of a private attorney general action, regardless of whether they are commenced in court or in arbitration.
