Class R Shares means, collectively, the Class R Accumulation Shares (EUR), the Class R Income Shares (EUR), the Class R Accumulation Shares (GBP), the Class R Income Shares (GBP), the Class R Accumulation Shares (USD), and the Class R Income Shares (USD);

Examples of Class R Shares in a sentence

• In accordance with the Plan, the Trust in respect of each Fund shall pay to the Distributor or, at the Distributor’s direction, to a third party, monthly in arrears on or prior to the third business day of the following calendar month, a fee (the “Class R Distribution Fee”) equal to the average daily net assets of Class R Shares multiplied by that portion of 0.50% that the number of days in the month bears to 365.

• The Trust hereby appoints the Distributor as its exclusive agent to sell and distribute Class A Shares, Class B Shares, Class C Shares, Class T Shares, Class I Shares, Class R Shares and Class R6 Shares of each Fund (collectively, the “Shares”) at the offering price thereof as from time to time determined in the manner herein provided.

• A separate series of shares of beneficial interest in the Trust is offered to investors with respect to each Fund and Portfolio, and each Fund currently offers its shares with respect to up to ten classes: Class A shares, Class B shares, and Class C shares1 (together, the “Retail Classes”), and Class D shares, Class J shares, Class K shares, Class R Shares, Institutional Class shares, Administrative Class shares, and Advisor Class Shares.

• Dealer Manager will reallow all the selling commissions, subject to federal and state securities laws, to the Dealer who sold Class R Shares, as described more fully in the Selected Dealer Agreement.

• The Service Provider shall be entitled to receive Fees for the Class R Shares only to the extent such Fees are received by MFS from the Funds.
