CLASS X-1 INTEREST AMOUNT means, with respect to any Distribution Date and the related Interest Accrual Period, interest equal to the product of (i) one-twelfth of a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Class X-1 Strip Rates for the Class A-1A Component, Class A-1B Component, Class A-1C Component, Class A-1D Component, Class A-1E Component, Class A-1F Component, Class A-2A Component, Class A-2B Component, Class A-2C Component, Class B-1 Component, Class B-2 Component, Class C-1 Component, Class C-2 Component, Class C-3 Component, Class D-1 Component, Class D-2 Component, Class E-1 Component, Class E-2 Component, Class F Certificates, Class G Certificates, Class H Certificates, Class J Certificates, Class K Certificates, Class L Certificates, Class M Certificates, Class N Certificates and Class O Certificates, weighted on the basis of the respective Certificate Balances of such Classes of Certificates or such Components immediately prior to such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class X-1 Notional Amount for such Distribution Date.

CLASS X-1 INTEREST AMOUNT means, for each Distribution Date occurring in March of any year other than 2000, the excess of (i) the Interest Reserve Amounts deposited to the Interest Reserve Sub-account on the Distribution Date in the preceding January (if applicable) and February over (ii) an amount equal to two day's interest (or one day's interest, if the preceding February was a month of 29 days) on the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Interest Reserve Loans as of the Due Date in March (before giving effect to collections of principal applied and Realized Losses incurred with respect to such Mortgage Loan).

CLASS X-1 INTEREST AMOUNT means, for each Interest Reserve Loan, the excess for each twelve month period beginning on March 1 of any year and ending on the last day of February of the succeeding year of interest accrued on such Mortgage Loan at the Mortgage Rate (exclusive of any Excess Interest) minus the Administrative Cost Rate over interest accrued during such twelve month period on the related REMIC I Regular Interest at the REMIC I Net Mortgage Rate. Class X-1 Interest shall be payable in part on the Distribution Dates occurring in the months of April, June, August, September, November and March and, if the succeeding February has 29 days, January. Payments to be made on the Distributions Dates in April, June, August and November (and January, when applicable) shall consist of 1 day of interest on the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Interest Reserve Loan as of the end of the preceding calendar month at the Mortgage Rate (exclusive of any Excess Interest) applicable for such Distribution Date. The payment to be made on the Distribution Date in March shall consist of the excess of the Interest Reserve Amount over the aggregate of 2 days (1 day, if the preceding February was a month consisting of 29 days) of interest on the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Interest Reserve Loan as of the end of the preceding calendar month at the Mortgage Rate (exclusive of any Excess Interest) applicable for such Distribution Date.
