Class X-A Pass-Through Rate definition
Class X-A Pass-Through Rate. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).
Class X-A Pass-Through Rate. The Pass-Through Rate for Class X-A Certificates for any Distribution Date will equal the excess, if any of (a) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for the related Distribution Date, over (b) the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Class A Certificates for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Certificate Balances (calculated without giving effect to any exchange and conversion of any Class A-S Certificates for Class EC Certificates) immediately prior to the Distribution Date. The Pass-Through Rate applicable to the Class X-A Certificates for the initial Distribution Date shall be the rate set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class X-A Pass-Through Rate. The Pass-Through Rate for the Class X-A Certificates for any Distribution Date will equal the excess, if any, of (a) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for the related Distribution Date, over (b) the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates of the Class A-1 and Class A-SB Certificates and the Class A-4, Class A-4-X1, Class A-4-X2, Class A-5, Class A-5-X1 and Class A-5-X2 Upper-Tier Regular Interests for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Certificate Balances or Notional Amounts immediately prior to the Distribution Date (but excluding the Notional Amounts of any Exchangeable Upper-Tier IO Regular Interests from the denominator of such weighted average calculation). The Pass-Through Rate applicable to the Class X-A Certificates for the initial Distribution Date shall be the rate set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

Interest on this Certificate will accrue (computed as if each year consisted of 360 days and each month consisted of 30 days) during the Interest Accrual Period relating to such Distribution Date at the Class X-A Pass-Through Rate specified above on the Certificate Balance of this Certificate immediately prior to each Distribution Date.
The Class X-A Pass-Through Rate for any Certificate Interest Accrual Period is a variable per annum rate and will equal the Class X Strip Rate for the Class A Certificates.
