Class Z Certificate definition

Class Z Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-20 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the related portion of the Grantor Trust. The Class Z Certificates have no Pass Through Rate, Certificate Principal Amount or Notional Amount.

Examples of Class Z Certificate in a sentence

  • No transfer of any Class Z Certificate shall be made unless that transfer is made pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act, and effective registration or qualification under applicable state securities laws, or is made in a transaction which does not require such registration or qualification.
