Clawback Amount definition

Clawback Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05.

More Definitions of Clawback Amount

Clawback Amount means the “Clawback Amount” as set forth in Article One of the BCP IV Partnership Agreement and any other clawback amount payable to the limited partners of BCP IV pursuant to any BCP IV Agreement, as applicable.
