Clawback Amount definition

Clawback Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05.

  • No Claw-back Amount shall be necessary hereunder if the Accounting Firm determines that none of the Payments are subject to the Excise Tax.

More Definitions of Clawback Amount

Clawback Amount is defined in Section 4.2.3(d) hereof.
Clawback Amount means an amount calculated as follows:Clawback Amount = G – (G x (x/y)), Where, for the relevant Capital Asset:‌G = that amount of the Grant applied to Capital Costsx = the number of whole calendar months since the first payment of that part of the Grant applied to Capital Costsy = the number of months of the restriction period set out in Schedule 4; “Commencement Date” means the date specified in Part A of this Deed;‌
