Clean Team Agreement definition

Clean Team Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

Clean Team Agreement means that certain Clean Team Confidentiality Agreement, dated April 25, 2024, between Parent and the Company.

• This Article IX (other than Section 9.2 (Modification or Amendment), Section 9.3 (Waiver) and Section 9.12 (Assignment)) and the agreements of the Company, Parent and Merger Subs contained in Section 6.6(b) (Access, Consultation), Section 6.10 (Expenses), Section 6.15(h) (Financing Indemnification), Section 8.5 (Effect of Termination and Abandonment) and the Confidentiality Agreement and the Clean Team Agreement (each as defined in Section 9.7) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
