Clean-Up Period definition
Clean-Up Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.05.
Clean-Up Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.02.
Clean-Up Period means the period commencing on the Acquisition Closing Date and ending on the date falling 90 days after the Acquisition Closing Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, so long as no Event of Default then exists, the Company may optionally prepay any Series or tranche of Notes without the allocation of such prepayment among all of the Notes at the time outstanding, if such Series or tranche, as applicable, is paid in full after the Clean-Up Period Start Date for such Series or tranche, as applicable.
More Definitions of Clean-Up Period
Clean-Up Period means in respect of any acquisition or Investment permitted under this Agreement by any member of the Restricted Group, the period commencing on the date of completion of such acquisition or Investment permitted under this Agreement and ending on the date that is 120 days after such date.
Clean-Up Period means the 90-day period commencing on the Closing Date.
