Examples of Clean-Up Period in a sentence
Borrower acknowledges and aggress that no proceeds of the Revised LOC shall be available during the Annual Clean-Up Period.
Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, if the relevant circumstances are continuing on or after the expiry of the Clean-Up Period, there shall be a breach of representation or warranty, notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence (and without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders).
