Client Assets definition

Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);
Client Assets means financial instruments (including any fractions thereof) that belong to you and that we receive and/or hold for you, on your behalf, in accordance with the FCA Rules;
Client Assets means the market value of all client assets invested through XP’s platform and that is related to reported Retail Revenue, including equities, fixed income securities, mutual funds (including those managed by XP Gestão de Recursos Ltda., XP Advisory Gestão de Recursos Ltda. and XP Vista Asset Management Ltda., as well as by third-party asset managers), pension funds (including those from XP Vida e Previdência S.A., as well as by third-party insurance companies), exchange traded funds, COEs (Structured Notes), REITs, and uninvested cash balances (Float Balances), among others. Although Client Assets includes custody from Corporate Clients that generate Retail Revenue, it does not include custody from institutional clients (asset managers, pension funds and insurance companies).

  • Client agrees that the Coinbase Entities may disclose any information with respect to Client Assets, the Prime Broker Account, Custodial Accounts, Trading Accounts, and transactions required by any applicable taxing authority or other governmental entity.

  • If Coinbase is holding Client Assets in the Trading Balance, has no record of Client’s use of the Trading Services for an extended period, and is otherwise unable to contact Client, Coinbase may be required under applicable laws, rules or regulations to report these assets as unclaimed property and to deliver such unclaimed property to the applicable authority.

Client Assets means investments and other assets that, in the course of its business, a regulated person holds, has custody or control of or is otherwise responsible for that -
Client Assets means client funds and client financial instruments;
