Herein, each Saint Luke’s subsidiary, Saint Luke’s Affiliate and each Client Entity shall be a “Facility” and collectively the “Facilities”.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event such a contract is entered into, you and the Client Entity would be liable for any common or shared obligations owed to us on a joint and several basis.

Substitution or changes may be made in the methods of allocation hereinafter specified, as may be appropriate, and will be provided to state regulatory agencies and to each affected Client Entity.
