Client List definition

Client List means all Past, Present and Potential Clients as defined below;

Client List means all lists. spreadsheets, worksheets and tables of any type or form identifying each and every client of Seller since inception of the Business (including those engagements where no writing may exist) which are listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Client List when used herein shall include all Past, Present and Potential Clients as heretofore defined.

More Definitions of Client List

Client List means the name and contact information of all persons or business entities, whether present or future, to which you provide Payroll Services under this Agreement.

Client List. The "Client List" being purchased pursuant to this Asset Purchase Agreement shall be defined to mean a list of current clients serviced by Seller. Said list of clients is attached hereto at Schedule 1.1.
