Client Systems definition

Client Systems means any communication line, modem connection or other facilities, software, hardware, Mobile Devices or equipment provided and used by You to transmit or receive any information.
Client Systems means the hardware and software systems of the Client that interact with, or may reasonably be expected to interact with, the Hosted Services;
Client Systems means all information-technology systems, constituting all systems, used by the Client to send a Request and to receive a Reply, between and including the points designated by all addresses belonging to the domain xxxxxxxxx.xxx in the Astute Systems, but excluding the Astute Systems, owned by the Client which include third parties contracted with the Client, who is requested by the Client to send a Request and to receive a Reply;

Client Systems means the Client's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Client or through third-party services.
Client Systems means the information technology infrastructure and networks of Client, whether operated directly by Client or through the use of Third Party services or resources.
Client Systems means Systems (or part thereof) in which the Intellectual Property is owned by either Client or Client Affiliates and to be used in whole or in part in the provision of the Services as identified in this Agreement;

Client Systems means any and all hardware, software or other systems that Client owns, leases or controls.
Client Systems means the Client’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Client or through the use of third-party services. For the avoidance of doubt, Client Systems does not include Castor Materials.
Client Systems means Client’s own systems, infrastructure and personnel used to access and operate the Diligent Service, including, but not limited to, Client’s servers, hardware, devices, data systems, internet connectivity, electric power, operating software and software applications (other than the Diligent Services).
