Clinical Product definition

Clinical Product means a Drug Substance or Drug Product which is Manufactured by SBL pursuant to a PSA and which is to be used by Client in a research study or studies that prospectively assigns human participants or groups of humans to one or more health-related interventions to evaluate the effects on health outcomes.

Clinical Product means Licensed Product used in clinical studies in humans.

Examples of Clinical Product in a sentence

• For Clinical Product, the Parties shall agree upon the number and schedule of Batches to be Manufactured by SBL in the applicable PSA.

• For each Clinical Product or Commercial Product, Client shall notify SBL in a binding form and procedure to be agreed upon in the applicable PSA requesting a specific amount of Product to be Manufactured (a “Purchase Order”).

More Definitions of Clinical Product
