Clinical Services means “incurred claims,” as defined in 3A (8).

Clinical Services are medically necessary services and equipment (such as dentures, eyeglasses, assistive technology) that cannot be accessed through the Medicaid State Plan.

Clinical Services means substance abuse assessment, individual or group counseling, and discharge planning. The organization may also determine that other specified activities require the services of a professional staff member.

Clinical Services means all and any part of the Services described in this Service Schedule to be provided to Clients, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Service Schedule.
