Closing Condition definition

Closing Condition means a condition set out in Clause 3.1 and “Closing Conditions” means all those conditions;
Closing Condition means each of the conditions to the Closing set forth in ARTICLE IX.
Closing Condition means any one of them.

  • That definition contemplates certain changes or events on or after the date of the Agreement, the occurrence of which would result in a failure of a Closing Condition.
