Closing Effective Date definition

Closing Effective Date shall be 12:01 a.m. central standard time on the date immediately following the Closing Date.
Closing Effective Date means the earlier of (a) the Closing Date, or (b) the Receivership Date, if the Receivership Agreement becomes effective in accordance with its term as contemplated by this Agreement.
Closing Effective Date means June 30, 2025.

Examples of Closing Effective Date in a sentence

  • On the Original Closing Date and/or the Closing Effective Date, as applicable, the Company issued the Class P Units, in accordance with the Class P Joinder Agreement, to the Class P Member in the amount set forth on the Members Schedule.

More Definitions of Closing Effective Date

Closing Effective Date means the date of this Agreement.
