Closing Fees: Dedicated Office Subscription: (Note, this applies to Dedicated Office Subscriptions only.) Upon termination of this Agreement, Client will return the Dedicated Space(s) and furniture in as good a condition as when client commenced use, normal wear and tear excepted.
