Examples of Closing or Closing Date in a sentence
The date, time and place of the transactions contemplated hereunder shall be the day the Operating Partnership receives the proceeds from the Public Offering from the underwriter(s), at 10:00 a.m. in the office of Battle Fowlxx XXX, 75 Exxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (xxe "Closing" or "Closing Date").
The term "Closing" or "Closing Date" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1.
The foregoing date is the date on which the Sellers deeds to Buyer are to be recorded immediately prior to the delivery of the Purchase Price to Seller and is referred to in this Agreement as the "Closing" or "Closing Date".
