Closing Stock Price definition
Closing Stock Price means the average closing price of one share of Common Stock for the twenty consecutive trading days that include and immediately precede the last day of the Performance Period.
Closing Stock Price of a share of Common Stock shall be the closing quotation on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) for the applicable date (or an applicable substitute exchange or quotation system if the NYSE is no longer applicable).

For purposes of this Agreement, TSR means the percentage rate of return, which can be positive or negative, from the Beginning Stock Price (as defined below) to the Closing Stock Price (as defined below) of the Shares and the common shares of beneficial interest issued by the relevant company in the Index, as applicable, assuming reinvestment of all dividends and other distributions paid during the Performance Period.
The "Closing Stock Price" of the Shares and of the common shares of beneficial interest issued by the relevant company in the Index, as applicable, means the average stock price for the 90-day period ending 30 days after the last day of the Performance Period.

Closing Stock Price means the average closing stock price for the 90-day period immediately preceding the end of the Performance Period. The Closing Stock Price shall be adjusted so that such price represents the amount it would have been had all dividends paid during the Performance Period been reinvested in stock of the Company or the Peer Group member, as applicable, on the dividend date.
Closing Stock Price means, with respect to Stock, the closing sales price per share on the applicable date quoted on the NYSE, or if there are no sales on such date, for the last preceding date on which there were sales of Stock, as determined by the Committee. Closing Stock Price means, with respect to common stock on a particular date, (i) if the shares of common stock are listed on a national securities exchange, the last sale price per share of common stock on any such national securities exchange on that date, or, if there shall have been no such sale so reported on that date, on the last preceding date on which such a sale was so reported and, (ii) if the shares of Common Stock are not so listed but are quoted in the NASDAQ National Market System, the last sale price per share of shares of common stock reported on the NASDAQ National Market System on that date, or, if there shall have been no such sale so reported on that date, on the last preceding date on which such a sale was so reported.
Closing Stock Price means, as of any calendar day as to the applicable company for the applicable Measurement Period, the sum of (a) the closing price (in regular trading) for a share of the company’s common stock on the principal stock exchange on which the company’s common stock is then listed or admitted to trade (the “Exchange”) for the date in question or, if no sales of the company’s common stock were reported on the Exchange on that date, the closing price (in regular trading) for a share of the company’s common stock on the Exchange for the next preceding day on which sales of the company’s common stock were reported on the Exchange, plus (b) (as of any date after the Award Date) the amount of cash dividends paid by the company on a share of its common stock as to which the applicable ex-dividend date(s) are after the Award Date and on or before the particular calendar day in question. If the applicable company’s common stock is no longer listed or admitted to trade on a national securities exchange as of any particular date, the Closing Stock Price for that date as to that company shall be the value as reasonably determined by the Administrator for purposes of the award in the circumstances.
Closing Stock Price means the closing quotation on the New York Stock Exchange for the applicable date (or an applicable substitute exchange system determined by the Committee if the Company’s common shares are no longer traded on the NYSE).
Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any performance measurement period or, in the event of a Change in Control, the value of the consideration per share of Common Stock to be received by the Company’s stockholders in connection with such Change in Control, valued as of the trading day immediately prior to completion of the transaction or series of transactions that results in the Change in Control.
