Cloud Services definition

Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Cloud Services includes “cloud computing” as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce, NIST Special Publication 800-145 (currently available online at: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication800-145.pdf) and any other software, hardware, hosting service, subscription, or other service or product by which Contractor stores, transmits, processes or otherwise has access to State data.
Cloud Services means, collectively, the Oracle cloud services (e.g., Oracle software as a service offerings and related Oracle Programs) listed in Your order and defined in the Service Specifications. The term “Cloud Services” does not include Professional Services.

  • Cloud Services (the “Data Processing Agreement”), which is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/dataprocessingagreement and incorporated herein by reference, describes the parties’ respective roles for the processing and control of Personal Data that You provide to Oracle as part of the Cloud Services.

  • You understand that Oracle’s business partners and other third parties, including any third parties with which Oracle has an integration or that are retained by You to provide consulting or implementation services or applications that interact with the Cloud Services, are independent of Oracle and are not Oracle’s agents.

  • This Agreement may also be referenced for any purchase that increases the quantity of the original Services ordered (e.g., additional Users), for any Cloud Services options offered by Oracle for the original Services ordered, and for any renewal or Auto Renewal of the Services Period of the original order.

Cloud Services refers to a set of compute resources utilized for Web and Worker Roles.
Cloud Services or “SaaS Services” means those services related to Licensor’s private cloud environment provided to OSARC, including but not limited to, infrastructure, equipment, bandwidth, server monitoring, backup services, disaster recovery services, storage area network (SAN) services, security services, system administration, connectivity services, performance tuning, update installation and maintenance services related thereto.

Cloud Services means the cloud services that We provide to You as specified in one or more Grant Letters under the terms and conditions of the Cloud Services Agreement.
Cloud Services means one or more of Forcepoint’s cloud-based service offerings that have been included in an Order, including their associated components, content, updates, and upgrades thereto (but excludes products for which Forcepoint generally charges a separate fee), if any, and any reports generated as a result of use that are made available to Licensee. “Databases” means proprietary database(s) of URL addresses, email addresses, Malware, applications, analytical models, and other valuable information.
Cloud Services refer to the Cloud Service definition.
Cloud Services means Company’s branded offerings of cloud-based online services and associated cloud-based API (application programming interfaces) made available by Company, as updated, enhanced or otherwise modified from time-to-time. Cloud Service excludes Subscriber Data and Third Party Content.
