Cloud Services definition

Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Cloud Services includes “cloud computing” as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce, NIST Special Publication 800-145 (currently available online at: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication800-145.pdf) and any other software, hardware, hosting service, subscription, or other service or product by which Contractor stores, transmits, processes or otherwise has access to State data.
Cloud Services means, collectively, the Oracle cloud services (e.g., Oracle software as a service offerings and related Oracle Programs) listed in Your order and defined in the Service Specifications. The term “Cloud Services” does not include Professional Services.

Cloud Services or “SaaS Services” means those services related to Licensor’s private cloud environment provided to MDHS, including but not limited to, infrastructure, equipment, bandwidth, server monitoring, backup services, disaster recovery services, storage area network (SAN) services, security services, system administration, connectivity services, performance tuning, update installation and maintenance services related thereto.
Cloud Services refers to a set of compute resources utilized for Web and Worker Roles.
Cloud Services means software-as-a-service offerings made available via a remote network, inclusive of any applicable on-premises components.
