Cloud Software definition

Cloud Software means Software provided in a cloud-based software as a service delivery model.
Cloud Software means both SaaS and Hosted Software and excludes On-Premise Software.
Cloud Software means any externally hosted technology offering which enables on-demand Network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources. EEA means the European Economic Area (including the United Kingdom).

Examples of Cloud Software in a sentence

  • Administrative Data means data related to Purchasing Entity’s employees or representatives used to administer or manage Purchasing Entity’s use of the Cloud Software.

  • If You determine that You cannot comply with the terms of this Agreement after You have paid for the Software, You may return the Software to the Approved Source, disable or uninstall the Embedded Software and/or cease Your Use of the cloud-hosted Cloud Software and receive a full refund, provided You do so within thirty (30) days of Your initial purchase.

  • Unless otherwise provided for in the applicable Cloud Offer Description, Contractor warrants that it will provide the Cloud Software in accordance with the Cloud Offer Description using commercially reasonable skill and care.

  • Cloud Software means a Contractor-hosted software offering as described in the applicable Cloud Offering Description purchased by Purchasing Entity; Purchasing Entity’s license to use Cloud Software is set forth in Exhibit 1.

  • Depending on whether the Software is delivered on-premise as Embedded Software or as a Cisco-hosted cloud offering of Cloud Software, certain terms herein may not apply to Your purchase.


More Definitions of Cloud Software

Cloud Software means Software provided as a service to the Customer.
Cloud Software means the Vendor software application or applications and any third-party or other software, including SAAS, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements, and modifications, that Vendor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Cloud Services.
Cloud Software means Software, as defined in the Agreement, provided as a service to the Customer.
Cloud Software. : means the computer programs listed in the Order and any Modification which is provided by Supplier during the term of the Contract;
Cloud Software means the software and databases installed on servers operated or controlled by DBS Group (including the Website) by means of which DBS Group provides the GearWatch Service.

Cloud Software means Software identified in writing by Sandvine as being Cloud Software and which may include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: Cloud- native Network Function (“CNF”) Software – Deep Insights, Insights Data Storage, Elements, 5G Service Intelligence Engine (NWDAF) and ActiveLogic, Maestro.
