CMSA Collateral Summary File definition

CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

CMSA Collateral Summary File. The data file in the "CMSA Collateral Summary File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, as is reasonably acceptable to the Paying Agent, the Trustee and the Master Servicer.

CMSA Collateral Summary File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the Trustee, as applicable.

• In addition, the Trustee shall make available each month, on each Distribution Date, the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, the CMSA Loan Setup File, the CMSA Bond File and the CMSA Collateral Summary File to the general public on its Internet Website (on a password protected basis).

CMSA Collateral Summary File. The monthly report in the "CMSA Collateral Summary File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, a current form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit M-2, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Trustee and the Paying Agent.
