CMT Rate definition

CMT Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the rate determined by the Calculation Agent, and expressed as a percentage, equal to:

CMT Rate means, with respect to any Reset Date (in the following order of priority):

CMT Rate. The rate determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Section 2.07(i)(M).

• Interest on this Note will be determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases, which may, as described below, include the CD Rate, the CMT Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, the Constant Maturity Swap Rate, the Federal Funds Open Rate, the Federal Funds Rate, LIBOR, the Prime Rate or the Treasury Rate (each as defined below).

• The interest factor for each day will be computed by dividing the interest rate applicable to such day by 360, in the case of a Floating Rate Note as to which the CD Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, the Federal Funds Open Rate, the Federal Funds Rate, LIBOR or the Prime Rate is an applicable Interest Rate Basis, or by the actual number of days in the year, in the case of a Floating Rate Note as to which the CMT Rate or the Treasury Rate is an applicable Interest Rate Basis.

• Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, the interest factor for each day will be computed by dividing the interest rate applicable to such day by 360, in the case of a Floating Rate Note as to which the CD Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, LIBOR or the Prime Rate is an applicable Interest Rate Basis, or by the actual number of days in the year, in the case of a Floating Rate Note as to which the CMT Rate or the Treasury Rate is an applicable Interest Rate Basis.

• As specified on the face hereof, interest on this Note will be determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases, which may, as described below, include the CD Rate, the CMT Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, LIBOR, the Prime Rate or the Treasury Rate (each as defined below).

• Index: LIBOR, EUR-LIBOR, EURIBOR, Prime Rate, Treasury Rate, CMT Rate, CMS Rate, Federal Funds Rate (Daily), or Federal Funds (Weekly Average) or other specified interest rate, exchange rate or other index, as the case may be.

Treasury Constant Maturities . . . Federal Reserve Board Release H.15 . . . Mondays Approximately 3:45 p.m.", under the column for the Designated CMT Maturity Index, as defined below, for:

CMT Rate. A rate determined based on the average weekly yield on U.S. Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year as published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519) during the last full week occurring 45 days prior to the applicable loan adjustment date, and annually thereafter.
