CMT Rate definition

CMT Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the rate determined by the Calculation Agent, and expressed as a percentage, equal to:

  • Interest on this Note will be determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases, which may, as described below, include the CD Rate, the CMT Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, the Constant Maturity Swap Rate, the Federal Funds Open Rate, the Federal Funds Rate, LIBOR, the Prime Rate or the Treasury Rate (each as defined below).

  • If such rate is no longer displayed on the relevant page or is not displayed by 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the related Calculation Date, then the CMT Rate for such CMT Rate Interest Determination Date will be such treasury constant maturity rate for the Designated CMT Maturity Index as published in H.15(519).

CMT Rate. The rate determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Section 2.07(i)(M).
