Co-Development means the joint Development of a Collaboration Product in the Field, in the Territory by both Parties under the terms of this Agreement. “Co-Develop,” when used as a verb, means to engage in such Co-Development.

Co-Development means the joint Development of VEGF Products by the Parties, as described herein, and “Co-Develop” shall have a corresponding meaning.

Co-Development means Development of a Co-Developed Product after ARCHEMIX’ exercise of a Co-Development Option as described in Section 4.11.1.
