Co-Documentation Agent definition

Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Capital One National Association, Citibank, N.A., SunTrust Bank, Natixis, New York Branch, ABN AMRO Capital USA LLC, Santander Bank, N.A. and BNP Paribas in its capacity as co-documentation agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor documentation agent.

Examples of Co-Documentation Agent in a sentence

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall impose upon any Co-Documentation Agent or the Syndication Agent, each in such capacity, any duties or responsibilities whatsoever.

• Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Co-Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent, as applicable, as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in the preceding paragraph.

Co-Documentation Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., BNP Paribas, Citibank, N.A., ING (Ireland) DAC, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., New York Branch, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of the co-documentation agents identified on the cover page of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of RBS Citizens, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Royal Bank of Canada, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., PNC Bank, National Association and SunTrust Bank, in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.
