Co-Documentation Agent definition

Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A., Capital One, National Association, ING Capital LLC, TD Bank, N.A. and U.S. Bank National Association, as a co-documentation agent under this Agreement.

Examples of Co-Documentation Agent in a sentence

• If the Collateral Agent, the Syndication Agent or any Co-Documentation Agent shall resign or be removed as Collateral Agent, Syndication Agent, or Co-Documentation Agent hereunder, as applicable, the duties, rights, obligations and responsibilities of such Agent hereunder, if any, shall automatically be assumed by, and inure to the benefit of, the Administrative Agent, without any further act by any Agent or 189 any Lender.

• The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, each Co-Syndication Agent, each Co-Documentation Agent, each Arranger, each Lender and their respective Affiliates (collectively, solely for purposes of this Section 9.13, the “Lender Parties”), may have economic interests that conflict with those of the Loan Parties, their respective stockholders and/or their respective Affiliates.

• Each of the Syndication Agent and each Co-Documentation Agent, may resign as an Agent hereunder upon 10 days’ notice to the Administrative Agent, Xxxxxxx and the Parent Borrower, or if any such Agent has admitted in writing that it is insolvent or becomes a Defaulting Lender or an Affiliate of a Defaulting Lender, either the Required Lenders or the Parent Borrower may, upon 10 days’ notice to such Agent, remove such Agent.

• None of the Syndication Agent, any Co-Documentation Agent nor any of the entities identified as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers pursuant to the definition of “Other Representative” contained herein, shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder or under any other Loan Document in its capacity as such.
