Co-Issuers definition

Co-IssuersThe Issuer and the Co-Issuer.
Co-Issuers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Co-Issuers means the Issuer and the Co-Issuer, collectively. "Collateral" means the Trust Estate.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all covenants and agreements made by the Co-Issuers herein are for the benefit and security of the Secured Parties.

More Definitions of Co-Issuers

Co-Issuers means the Persons named as the “Co-Issuers” in the preamble to this Indenture, until a Successor Co-Issuer or Co-Issuers shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter, “Co-Issuers” shall mean such Successor Co-Issuer(s).
Co-Issuers means the Issuer and Co-Issuer.
Co-Issuers has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Co-Issuers means, collectively, the Issuer and the Co-Issuer.
