Co-Issuers definition

Co-Issuers. The Issuer and the Co-Issuer.

Co-Issuers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Co-Issuers means the Issuer and the Co-Issuer, collectively. "Collateral" means the Trust Estate.

• The recitals contained in this Supplemental Indenture shall be taken as the statements of the Co-Issuers, and the Trustee assumes no responsibility for their correctness.

Co-Issuers means the Persons named as the “Co-Issuers” in the preamble to this Indenture, until a Successor Co-Issuer or Co-Issuers shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter, “Co-Issuers” shall mean such Successor Co-Issuer(s).
