Co-Syndication Agent definition

Co-Syndication Agent means each of MUFG Union Bank, N.A., SunTrust Bank and Bank of America, N.A. in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Syndication Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• As of the Third Restatement Date, each of X.X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, in each of their capacities as a Co-Syndication Agent, shall not have any obligations but shall be entitled to all benefits of this Section 9.

More Definitions of Co-Syndication Agent

Co-Syndication Agent means each of Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A., DNB (UK) Limited, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and Royal Bank of Canada, in their respective capacities as co-syndication agent.

Co-Syndication Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Co-Syndication Agent means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and HSBC Bank USA, N.A. in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Syndication Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

Co-Syndication Agent and “Co-Syndication Agents”: as defined in the preamble.

Co-Syndication Agent shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
