Co-venturers definition
Co-venturers means any co-venturers with the Company from time to time having an interest in either the PSC and/or a Joint and/or associated contracts for the purposes of exploration and production in Operating Contract the Operating Area and on whose behalf the Company would be deemed to have entered into this Contract.
Co-venturers means PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN BHD and/or any other Parties having a legal interest in the operation of NIPPON to which this CONTRACT or part thereof relate.
Co-venturers as applied to OPERATOR shall mean any parties to a joint venture agreement whereby the OPERATOR undertakes to act as operator for such participants of any Licence Block in which the CONTRACTOR may be required to perform the DRILLING SERVICES.

Co-venturers means any parties having a legal interest in the operation of BWTMS to which the WORKS or part thereof relates.
