COBRA Coverage definition

COBRA Coverage means continuation coverage required under Section 4980B of the Code and Part 6 of Title I of ERISA.
COBRA Coverage means continued medical and dental coverage under the Company’s benefit plans, as determined under section 4980B of the Code.

More Definitions of COBRA Coverage

COBRA Coverage means any continuation coverage to which Xx. Xxxxxx or his dependents may be entitled pursuant to Code Section 4980B.
