COBRA Liabilities has the meaning set forth in Section 6.04.
COBRA Liabilities means Liabilities of Sellers with respect to any terminated employees of Sellers pursuant to COBRA.

Sellers and their respective Affiliates have complied in all material respects with all obligations with respect to any COBRA Liabilities incurred prior to the date hereof.

More Definitions of COBRA Liabilities
COBRA Liabilities has the meaning set forth in clause (h) of the definition of Excluded Liabilities.

COBRA Liabilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(g).
