COBRA Period definition

COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary thereof.
COBRA Period shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8(c) and 8(e).
COBRA Period means, in connection with a Qualifying Termination, the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending on the earlier of (x) the 12-month anniversary of the Termination Date, and (y) the date upon which Executive and Executive’s dependents become covered under another employer’s group health, dental, vision, long-term disability or life insurance plans.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company’s obligation to provide such continuation of benefits shall terminate prior to the expiration of the COBRA Period in the event that Executive becomes eligible to receive any such or similar benefits while employed by or providing service to, in any capacity, any other business or entity during the COBRA Period.

  • For the balance of the period that Executive is entitled to coverage under COBRA after the COBRA Period, if any, Executive shall be entitled to maintain coverage for Executive and Executive’s eligible dependents at Executive’s sole expense.


More Definitions of COBRA Period

COBRA Period means the number of months during which the Participant is entitled to COBRA Premium Payments, determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.
COBRA Period means the period beginning on the date of termination and ending on the six-month anniversary thereof; provided, however, that in the event the Qualified Termination occurs within two months prior to, on or within 12 months after a Change in Control, then the COBRA Period instead shall end on the 12-month anniversary thereof.
COBRA Period means, with respect to a Participant, the lesser of (a) the Severance Period, and (b) the 18-month period following the Termination Date.
COBRA Period means (i) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, the number of months set forth in Section 4(a)(iii) and (ii) in the case of a Covered Termination that is not a Change in Control Termination, (x) in the case of an Executive Participant, six (6) months and (y) in the case of a Participant who is not an Executive Participant, zero (0) months.
COBRA Period means the number of months used to calculate the COBRA Premium Payment, determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.
COBRA Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(a)(ii)(B) hereof.
COBRA Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
