COF Rate definition

COF Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(a).

  • The term "Base Lending Rate" means, for any day, the higher of (i) the rate announced by the Bank from time to time at its principal office in New York, New York as its prime rate or base rate for domestic (United States) commercial loans in effect on such day, (ii) the Federal Funds Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2% and (iii) the COF Rate.

COF Rate. As to any principal amount and for any period of time, that per annum rate of interest which the Bank is required to pay, or is offering to pay, for wholesale liabilities of a similar principal amount and for a similar period of time, adjusted for reserve requirements and for such other requirements as may from time to time be imposed by federal, state or local governmental and/or regulatory agencies, all as determined from time to time in its sole discretion by the Bank's treasury group.
COF Rate means the Prime Rate in effect as of the most recently occurred December or June month end.
COF Rate means, with respect to any Advance, the rate of interest determined by each relevant Lender of that Advance and notified by such Lender to the Designated Agent as the rate of the cost of funding its participation in that Advance from whatever source it may reasonably select.
