No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker, or other Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s, financial advisor’s, or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Original Collaboration Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the SPV.
Other than the Original Collaboration Agreement, there has not occurred nor has there existed any transaction or relationship between the SPV and any Affiliate thereof.
