Collaboration Agreements definition

Collaboration Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 1.14.

Collaboration Agreements means this Agreement and the DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT by and between PBM and NANOGEN of even date herewith.

Collaboration Agreements means (i) the Clinical Collaboration Agreement dated 31 July 2020 between Dynavax and Valneva Austria, and (ii) the Collaboration Agreement dated 15 April 2020 between Dynavax and Valneva Austria, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated 29 July 2020; in each case, as amended from time to time.

• Failure to comply with authorship and publication expectations will result in termination of the Research Collaboration Agreement(s).

• The existence or terms of this Amendment Agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information of the Parties under the Acucela Collaboration Agreements.

• All Research Collaboration Agreements with TRACK-TBI will have a specified date upon which the research collaboration project will end.

• Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment Agreement, all other terms of the Acucela Collaboration Agreements shall remain in full force and effect and once this Amendment Agreement is executed by the Parties, all references in each Acucela Collaboration Agreement to “the Agreement” or “this Agreement,” as applicable, shall refer to the Acucela Collaboration Agreement, as modified by this Amendment Agreement.

More Definitions of Collaboration Agreements

Collaboration Agreements means (i) the US Education Collaboration Agreement, (ii) the Ex-US Commercialization Agreement, (iii) the Collaboration Agreement and (iv) the binding term sheet with respect to an in vitro diagnostics collaboration, in each case being entered into by the Company, on the one hand, and an Affiliate of the Investor, on the other hand, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

Collaboration Agreements has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Transaction Agreement.

Collaboration Agreements means (a) the Clinical Collaboration Agreement between Dynavax and Customer dated October 16, 2020, as amended (the “Clinical Collaboration Agreement”), and (b) the Collaboration Agreement between Dynavax and Customer dated June 29, 2020, as amended (the “Collaboration Agreement”).

Collaboration Agreements means (a) the Master Data Sharing Agreement between the Company, Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd and GFG, and (b) the Wallet Sharing Collaboration Agreement between the Company, SingCash Pte. Ltd. And GPay Network (S) Pte Ltd.

Collaboration Agreements means those collaboration agreements identified on Schedule 9.12(c)(1) and similar agreements entered into by Borrower from time to time in the Ordinary Course of Business.

Collaboration Agreements means, collectively, (i) the United States Collaboration Agreement dated as of March 31, 2005 by and among Shire LLC, Shire Pharmaceuticals Group PLC and New River Pharmaceuticals Inc., and (ii) the ROW Territory License Agreement dated as of March 31, 2005 by and among Shire Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited, Shire Pharmaceuticals Group PLC and New River Pharmaceuticals Inc.
