Collaboration Know-How definition

Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

Collaboration Know-How means Know-How that is within the Collaboration Intellectual Property.

Collaboration Know-How means all Biogen Idec Collaboration Know-How, Sunesis Collaboration Know-How and Joint Collaboration Know-How.

• All data generated by or on behalf of FibroGen during the performance of Evaluation Activities under the Study Plan that is not specifically related to any of the Products or Modified Products (the “FibroGen Other Collaboration Data”) will be solely owned by FibroGen and will be deemed to be FibroGen Other Collaboration Know-How.
