Collaboration Partner definition

Collaboration Partner means a Third Party with which COMPANY collaborates on the development of the production process and/or commercialization of a Product or to which COMPANY has granted a license for the development of the production process and/or commercialization of a Product.
Collaboration Partner means any Person that co-develops or co-markets (or has a license to develop, market or sell) any product or service of the Company.
Collaboration Partner is defined in Section 3.13(b) of the Agreement.
